- Deal with new enquiries.
- Qunote and WriteUpp support:
- Setting up the system with templates
- Training on how to use the system
- Managing the email filing
- Generating invoices
- Book appointments, liaising with clients.
- Send out terms & conditions to be signed by Case Manager/Receiver/Solicitor.
- Proofread initial assessment report.
- Using Heidi Health for the typing of your meeting minutes and supervision sessions.
- Creating costings for further treatment requested by Case Manager.
- Contact equipment companies to book demonstrations of standing frames/wheelchairs for clients, including prices and delivery dates.
- Place orders with equipment companies once authorisation has been sought by case manager/solicitor for funding/payment of equipment.
- Organise horse riding lessons, hydro-pool visits for clients along with joint visits with the occupational therapist.
- Contact insurance providers to be reimbursed – some clients have insurance policies with Bupa and Aviva.
- Keep a record of therapists receipts for accounts.
- Update CV’s and carry out new checks on team members:
- Up to date enhanced DBS certificate
- Clean driving licence
- Registered with professional bodies e.g. HCPC / RCOT / CSP
- Insurance.
- Review and update LinkedIn page.
- Assist with CPD folder and timeline documentation.
