Here is a typical list of tasks we carry out for a Children’s Neuro-physiotherapy company that has a team of Associate Physiotherapists.

  • Deal with new enquiries.
  • Qunote and WriteUpp support:
    • Setting up the system with templates
    • Training on how to use the system
    • Managing the email filing
    • Generating invoices
  • Book appointments, liaising with clients.
  • Send out terms & conditions to be signed by Case Manager/Receiver/Solicitor.
  • Proofread initial assessment report.
  • Using Heidi Health for the typing of your meeting minutes and supervision sessions.
  • Creating costings for further treatment requested by Case Manager.
  • Contact equipment companies to book demonstrations of standing frames/wheelchairs for clients, including prices and delivery dates.
  • Place orders with equipment companies once authorisation has been sought by case manager/solicitor for funding/payment of equipment.
  • Organise horse riding lessons, hydro-pool visits for clients along with joint visits with the occupational therapist.
  • Contact insurance providers to be reimbursed – some clients have insurance policies with Bupa and Aviva.
  • Keep a record of therapists receipts for accounts.
  • Update CV’s and carry out new checks on team members:
    • Up to date enhanced DBS certificate
    • Clean driving licence
    • Registered with professional bodies e.g. HCPC / RCOT / CSP
    • Insurance.
  • Review and update LinkedIn page.
  • Assist with CPD folder and timeline documentation.
